Captain Patrick Balassa, who has worked for L\u00fcftner Cruises for 24 years, welcomes the extra layer of assurance Bridgescout\u00ae provides. \u201cWith clearances of just 20 to 40 centimeters, every centimeter matters. Bridgescout\u00ae gives us real-time alerts and data, helping us adjust the wheelhouse height precisely and at the right moment,\u201d he explains.<\/p>

He had already heard positive stories from colleagues before installation. \u201cThe process went very smoothly. Everything was arranged within a few weeks, and the technician was professional, friendly, and well-prepared,\u201d he adds.<\/p>

While the system performs reliably in most circumstances, Captain Balassa notes one area for future improvement. \u201cIn dense fog, we experienced some limitations in functionality.
