Mit gerade einmal 28 Jahren verf\u00fcgt Jan-Ole Klose bereits \u00fcber zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Binnenschifffahrt bei RP Shipping. Aktuell f\u00e4hrt er als Kapit\u00e4n mit der <\/b>Renata Reich<\/i><\/b> auf den deutschen Kan\u00e4len. Seit drei Jahren ist dabei Bridgescout\u00ae mit an Bord \u2013 und das hat sich mehr als bew\u00e4hrt. \u201cIch m\u00f6chte es nicht mehr missen\u201d, sagt Klose.<\/b><\/p>

Die deutschen Binnenwasserstra\u00dfen stellen oft eine Herausforderung dar: niedrige Br\u00fccken, wechselnde Wasserst\u00e4nde und begrenzter Man\u00f6vrierraum. \u201cGerade auf engen, dunklen Kan\u00e4len hat man manchmal nur wenige Zentimeter Spielraum\u201d, erkl\u00e4rt Klose. \u201cDa ist es schwer einzusch\u00e4tzen, ob die Steuerkabine unter der Br\u00fccke durchpasst. Bridgescout\u00ae gibt dir dann Sicherheit. Das System misst kontinuierlich die H\u00f6he im Verh\u00e4ltnis zur Br\u00fccke und zeigt genau, wann man absenken muss. Das bringt Ruhe ins Steuerhaus.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

Intuitive Bedienung an Bord<\/b><\/h3>

Besonders beeindruckt ist Klose von der einfachen Handhabung des Systems. \u201cVor ein paar Wochen hat ein neuer Kapit\u00e4n bei uns angefangen. Er kannte Bridgescout\u00ae noch nicht, aber nach f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten hatte er es verstanden. Man muss es eigentlich gar nicht erkl\u00e4ren. Die visuelle Darstellung ist so eindeutig \u2013 gr\u00fcn hei\u00dft: passt, rot hei\u00dft: Steuerhaus absenken.
